Information about the man behind the Courses

Grant Hawthorne -

Classically trained under British Master Chef, Bill Stafford, his cuisine could be said to combine the best of the New World with the attention to detail of the Old.
He has also trained with Master Chef Claire Clark and celebrity Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli
He has catered meals for amongst others South African Golfer Ernie Els, Nelson Mandela, Prince Charles and the victorious RWC England RFU team champions.
